Placing An Order:
You can either
call or send an e-mail note. Please Note: All New Jersey orders
will be charged the appropriate sales tax unless the current tax-exempt
paperwork is submitted prior to your order.
- Telephone: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. Simply call us (732-915-3080)
and speak to a representative. If a representative is not
available, please leave a message and we will promptly return all calls.
- E-Mail: To E-mail an order, please review the
Order Request Form.
We need all information on the form in order to process your order.
Customer Satisfaction Policy:
The primary goal of All Aboard Train Shoppe is to have every customer
satisfied with their order. Therefore, our customer satisfaction policy is
simple. We provide customers the option to return any item, without
question, within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. There are no
exceptions to this policy.
Return Policy:
The following policy must be followed on any item(s) being returned:
- Contact All Aboard Train Shoppe within 7 days of receipt of your
merchandise.
- State which item you will be returning.
- Ship the item back to All Aboard Train Shoppe. Remember, you are
responsible for adequately insuring the package for shipment back to
All Aboard Train Shoppe as well as properly packing the item to avoid damage.
- Once received by All Aboard Train Shoppe, the item will be inspected
to ensure it is the exact same item shipped to the customer and in the same
exact condition (yes, we've had one unscrupulous individual ship back
different merchandise and requested a refund!).
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Returned orders after 7 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- The customer will be issued a refund (via a check), within 48 hours of receipt.

Payment Policy:
All Aboard Train Shoppe's accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
- Personal Checks - Orders will be held until check clears.
- Money Orders
Shipping Costs (effective Jan. 1, 2007):
The following rates are for US shipments only. Foreign or International
orders are charged actual shipping rates.
- $10.00 - All orders under $100.
- $15.00 - Orders between $100 and $300.
- $18.00 - Orders between $300 and $600.
- $25.00 - Orders over $600.
US Priority Mail service is used for all US orders. Foreign or
international orders are sent using either US Priority Mail or
US Express Mail service.
